Build Jahaan reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, or alternative solution).

3. Refund Request & Approval Timeline

The customer must submit a refund request via info@buildjahaan.com or by calling +91-9610234507

All refund requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours.

Customers will receive confirmation of approval along with a refund reference number.

Example:
If a refund request is submitted on 10th September 2025 at 11:00 AM IST, it will be reviewed and approved by 11th September 2025 at 11:00 AM IST.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 1 working day after approval.

Standard processing times for refunds vary between 3–7 working days, depending on the payment method and the customer’s financial institution.

Customers are notified by email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.

Example Timeline:

Refund Request Submitted: 10th September 2025 at 11:00 AM IST

Refund Approved: 11th September 2025 at 11:00 AM IST

Refund Initiated: 11th September 2025 by end of day

Refund Credited: Between 13th September 2025 – 17th September 2025 (latest by 11:59 PM IST)

Customers are kept informed at each stage of the process:

Initiation of refund

Successful credit to the original payment method
