At Build Jahaan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

1. Products can be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
3. Certain categories (such as custom-made products, digital services, or personal care items) may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Request Timeframe

1. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of order delivery.
2. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible.

3. Return Process

1. Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
2. Customers will be notified of the pickup schedule via email/SMS.
3. After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange process will be initiated.

4. Exchange Delivery Timeframe

1. If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving the returned item.
2. The delivery of the exchanged product will usually take 5–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner timelines.

Example Timeline:
- Return Request Raised: 10th September 2025 at 2:00 PM IST
- Pickup Completed: 12th September 2025
- Exchange Product Dispatched: 14th September 2025
- Exchange Product Delivered: Between 18th September – 20th September 2025

5. Refund Timeline for Returns

1. If a refund is preferred instead of an exchange, it will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
