* We commit to dispatch within 48-72 hours of receipt of orders (not including weekends).

* Delivery of products that can be shipped by courier partners may take 6-14 days (depending on the shipping destination).

* BuildJahaan is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / India Post and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or India Post within 2-3 working days from the date of the order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to registered delivery address of the buyer or as specified at the time of Order.

* While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. We may thus ship the order in multiple packets if the need arises.

* In some cases where the consignment has been sent through India Post and where India post is not able to deiver the consignment due to weight or size issues, the buyer may have to coordinate with India Post and take delivery from the concerned office of India Post.
